Ondo aims to democratize access to US stocks and ETFs for non-US investors through blockchain technology, particularly for those without brokerage account access in regions like Asia and Latin America.
“[Tokenized stocks] transform real-world financial products into blockchain-based assets—ensuring 24/7 accessibility, transparency, and efficiency,” the BNB Chain team noted.

Since its inception in July 2021, Ondo has emerged as one of the largest platforms for RWA tokenization, having tokenized $1.8 billion worth of onchain assets, according to RWA.xyz.
There are approximately 28,370 holders of Ondo-tokenized financial products.
